By accessing or using our chatbot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbot driven by proprietary TheLegalGenius.AI deep learning capabilities — that provides information and generates humanized Q&A responses, including JSON output, based on available data sources.

3. No Warranty of Accuracy

3.1 The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind.

3.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any responses generated by the Service. The Service uses machine learning technology that has inherent limitations.

3.3 You acknowledge that responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. JSON outputs may not always conform to expected schemas. The Service may occasionally generate inaccurate or irrelevant information.

3.4 You should independently verify any important information before relying on it.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to probe or test vulnerabilities, or submit infringing or sensitive personal information.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, verifying outputs, and all activities under your account. TheLegalGenius.AI is not responsible for uploaded data or content and may delete data or discontinue service with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLegalGenius.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Georgia’s state and federal courts.
